Ergonomics: Practical Applications Certification
Onsite Seminar
Provides CEAS ITM Certification

Over a course of 2-1/2 days, we will visit both an industrial and an office environment and experience the practical aspects of ergonomics jobsite assessment. Learn how to identify potential hazards, recommend cost effective jobsite modifications and hazard prevention controls, compile OSHA-compliant reports, and educate management on the cost benefits of an ergonomically sound workplace.

At the completion of this course and submission of your two written ergonomics jobsite assessment reports, you will be designated as a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEASTM) and receive 1.8 CEUs.

Objectives

About Certification
The workshop certifies that you are able to perform a basic office and industrial/manufacturing/healthcare ergonomics analysis using OSHA ergonomics assessment tools. After successfully completing the workshop and submitting two ergonomics analysis reports you will be awarded your certification designating you as a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist I (CEAS I™).

Continuing Education Units
Most professionals receive the standard 1/10 of a unit per contact hour. This workshop is approved for 1.8 CEUs in most states.

Fourteen-day Advanced Purchase Price $600.00
Regular Purchase Price $675.00

Policies
Tuition is refundable less 50.00 if canceled 14 days before the workshop date. Tuition is not refundable under any circumstance, for registrations or cancellations after the 14 days has expired. However, you may have someone attend in your place or attend at another date. You may only change workshop dates or locations two times, then tuition will be forfeited. The Back School of Atlanta cannot be responsible for nonrefundable travel expenses, etc. should it become necessary to cancel a workshop. Replacement course certificates fee: $25.00. Locations/Accommodations: We rarely have enough out of town participants to meet the minimum required to block rooms and get a group rate; however, we have provided a list of hotels and phone numbers that are in the area. The Back School of Atlanta cannot be responsible for nonrefundable travel expenses.
