Back School of Atlanta Privacy Policy

Course attendee files are maintained by the Back School of Atlanta and are considered confidential and the property of the Back School of Atlanta. Sign-in lists may be released to various state OT & PT associations as proof of individual's attendance in documenting CEU accrual in the renewal process of the individual's license. Requests for such records must be received in writing by the various state OT and PT associations. Such requests must be accompanied by proof of the various requesting state's licensing and CEU approval requirements.

Prospective employers requesting verification of individual's certification may make requests in writing to the Back School of Atlanta. Such verification will only be released to prospective employers after receipt of the written permission to disclose such information from the course attendee.

The Back School of Atlanta never discloses nor sells personal information on any of our attendees including address, phone number, or email to anyone for any reason without the express written consent of the attendee.
